This indicates no problems with the operating system or drivers. Have you changed the video cables or tested a different display, such as one the PC hasn't been used with before?

I hope someone can assist me with this issue.
Recently, I encountered some game glitches such as texture loading problems, slow loading, and artifacts. On Windows, I also noticed that images and videos appeared distorted with a static filter. After trying various solutions but without success, I decided to upgrade my GPU, though the issues persisted. To fix the PC, I ordered a new power supply, assuming it was the cause, but it didn’t help either.

I’ve tested numerous things:
- Monitor and GeForce settings adjustments
- Reinstalling drivers, running benchmarks, CPU, RAM, GPU, and HDD tests – everything was normal
- Reinstalling Windows, switching storage drives, installing Linux Mint
- Checked all monitors, cables, and tried different BIOS settings

My main thought is that there might be an error in my motherboard or GPU slot. If anyone has additional insights, I’d really appreciate it.

I’ve attached a screenshot of a game that clearly shows the problem when running at maximum settings.
CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-8700 @ 3.20GHz / 3.19 GHz
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ti VENTUS 3X 16G OC
PSU: Cooler Master MWE Gold 750
OS: Windows 11
Monitor: Iiyama GB3466WQSU

Thank you in advance for any guidance.
