Issues with GEForce RTX 2060
For roughly three years now, my computer has been experiencing crashes whenever I launch video games. This occurs about three times daily, varying with playtime. It doesn’t depend on my current FPS—whether I’m playing at 144 or lower. For instance, during Valorant, I can run smoothly at 144 fps, but the next day I’m stuck at 60-100 and still face crashes. My setup includes a Ryzen 7 3600X, a CX750M PSU, and 16GB RAM. I’ve updated the drivers, yet I’m unsure what to do next. I suspect it might not be the temperature issue, though it could be (GPU runs around 32°C, CPU about 62°C when idle). I’m leaning toward the GPU or PSU, but I only bought the PSU six to seven months ago. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
The event viewer displays information about events that have occurred in the system or application.
The term 'crash' refers to a sudden failure or shutdown of your PC, such as a crash to desktop, black screen, or system instability. It can be recoverable depending on the cause and may require restarting or using recovery tools.
I haven't opened it before, so I'm unsure what the mistakes mean. However, it seems to generate errors possibly when it crashes.
It seems like the system isn't crashing but is losing video output. Did you install the new drivers using DDU or simply replace the existing ones?
