I'll save the MSI afterburner and verify the frame times upon returning home.

I also overlooked noting the artifacts appearing on my screen earlier, something that hasn't occurred since then.

I ran some tests to check timing, lows, and frame rates during matches. Frame time stayed around 3-5 ms. 1% lows varied from 200 to 130, with the lowest I noticed at 120. 0.1% lows ranged between 170 and 100, but only during team fights. You might be correct about this. The next thing I want to know is what’s causing it. Thanks for the advice! Recording in-game could also help if you prefer.

When you start playing... which programs or tasks are active? Are there any game settings being used via the GeForce app to initiate the games?

I've attempted to shut down everything I could, but I didn't use the GeForce app since it wasn't reliable.

Check the refresh rate settings across all interfaces—monitor controls, Windows, and game options—to ensure consistency.

The display refresh rate remains consistent across both Windows Game Options and the NIVA Control Panel.

I also ran the Superposition test and achieved 8000, which feels a bit lower than expected for my hardware. Did others reach much higher results with the same configuration?

In the display settings, there are choices to adjust how the screen appears. These controls are located in the bottom right corner of the monitor or side panel. They are unrelated to Windows or the NVIDIA control panel/game options. The user guide for the monitor covers these features along with other supported functions.
