Your machine runs a 27 240 with an Ryzen 3 1300X and 8 GB RAM. When I play games like Ark or Assassin's Creed, I try to boost the settings to high, but they still display in low quality. This suggests my rig might not have enough power for higher settings. The odd part is that it shows me losing frames while the graphics look poor, which isn't normal behavior.

I think you're probably talking about an R7 240. That chipset definitely can't handle top-tier games. No matter how hard you try, it won't be competitive. A GT 730 with GDDR5 might give you a slight edge, but the R7 240 is just too weak.

No, I don’t have those images. The comparison doesn’t include a steam FPS overlay, and the GT 730 isn’t recommended for this list.

I understand you're thinking about moving to the 1050 and wanted to confirm if you can still maintain high performance at 1 FPS.

Are you kidding me? (Unless it's the DDR3 version, man, that thing is a mess). The card looks good (though I understand it’s only worth $25 to $30), it gives a solid upgrade over my HD 6530D. It’s pretty nice, honestly. But why would anyone need it? Better not play with it.

I didn’t choose those frame rates. I aimed to view the visual clarity on my screen so I could compare various video qualities.

The R7 240 seems quite underwhelming compared to today's titles. Keep in mind the Linus rant where he explained why you should invest in a solid midrange card rather than settling for a mediocre low-end option? The GTX 1050 would handle games much more effectively, though.

Alright, just browse the pictures. It would be much simpler and more comfortable.
