You're experiencing fluctuating performance in Warzone, sometimes hitting 160-200 FPS and other times dropping to 60-130. It's hard to pinpoint the cause. Your current hardware setup looks solid: a recent ASUS 690-E with Intel 12900K, 1TB NVMe SSD, RTX 3080 Ti, and a new HX 850 PSU. Temperatures are normal, and you're not seeing thermal throttling. You've tried reinstalling NVIDIA drivers and updating BIOS via DDU. No background apps are running. Consider checking for any recent system updates, especially related to graphics drivers or power management. If the issue persists, a hardware diagnostic might help identify if the GPU or RAM is causing instability.

This problem is common among many warzone PC gamers—the game creates a memory leak, which leads to dropping frames and eventually crashes after extended play. It's recommended to restart the game every five matches to fix the issue.

I understand this problem. However, it's not always true. Occasionally the issue appears when I first started the game. I'm having to restart my computer several times before it resolves temporarily.

The game was functioning normally before the problem occurred. It seems there might have been an issue introduced by a recent update or change, possibly from Activation/Raven, which led to the E cores being used instead of the intended settings. Lol

There are a few cases where the game works well. I’m using a brand-new power supply and the graphics card is a replacement part. For about a month it ran smoothly, but now I still experience frame drops around two-thirds of the time when launching the game.

You mentioned your thermal performance for both the GPU and the GPU case. I noticed the cooling solution didn’t work well, so you might want to return it. Regarding streaming or recording, do you do either regularly?

The GPU temperature is currently at 71 degrees. Running Furmark doesn’t cause any issues with temperatures or frame drops. Consider reformatting to remove this factor as a potential solution.

It looks like the problem is likely tied to the Warzone section only. It might be connected to recent updates, and it doesn’t seem to affect your other games. I’m not sure how long you’ve been playing, but it appears issues pop up with each new version.

I've been using it since launch. Maybe trying valorant will help determine if the problem exists there too.
