Hello, I recently purchased a new PC about two months ago. Since it arrived, I've faced gaming issues—every game, whether online or offline, would crash eventually. The system wouldn't power off, but the games would close and launch me back to the desktop. I've reset it twice using both Windows 11 and Windows 10, yet the problem continues. I've searched extensively for solutions but feel I've exhausted my options. I reached out to the manufacturer to investigate hardware faults, but I'm now considering whether software might be the root cause. Could you help identify what might be wrong? Please share any insights or advice you have. Also, could you confirm the specifications of your machine? CPU: Intel Core i5-12400F; Motherboard: Gigabyte MB H610M; RAM: 32 GB Kingston 2x16GB DDR4; SSD: Seagate BarraCuda 1TB M.2 2280 NVMe; GPU: MSI Ventus RTX4060 8GB; Cooler: Thermaltake UX200.

Not too long ago the game just restarted for me during gameplay, happening back-to-back twice.

Check for any warning signs and ensure everything is functioning properly. If the issue persists, it might be related to hardware faults.

A common suggestion I make is to perform a fresh installation of your display drivers, which may resolve the problem. Remove them using DDU (https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4876). The procedure is fairly straightforward, but you can watch tutorials on YouTube if you need more guidance. Additionally, download the drivers directly from the Nvidia official site (https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx) using the GeForce 40 Series, 4060, Game Ready Driver. Good luck!

You need at least two problems here. Make sure you have a compatible unit—like Corsair RMX or Superflower Leadex III. Also, check if your BIOS is current.

The previous version was outdated; I refreshed it and ran a test game without issues. It looks like the issue might have been resolved. If it happens again, I’ll post it here once more, assuming it’s still a concern.
