Hey, I have an HP Omen 16 with an Intel Ultra 7 and a 5070ti with 32GB RAM. My issue is that when I play Rust and press V to chat, my game drops to around 3 frames per second for about 10 seconds. I thought it was just Rust, but now I'm also experiencing the same problem while playing Minecraft, especially when opening chests or crafting tables. I've already done a clean driver install with a DDU, but the problem persists. Can you help me?

It might be wise to verify if your laptop needs a BIOS update.
Regarding updates, are you using the operating system that came with the laptop? If so, back up all essential data and then reinstall the OS, creating a bootable USB, installing it offline, and manually adding the latest drivers in offline mode.
