I own an AMD Ryzen 2600X and a 1660 Ti. Recently I've observed that during Fortnite at low settings, my CPU usage stays around 30-50% while the GPU runs at 30-40% maximum, and I experience frame drops. This happens in some other games too. In Battlefield 2 (Forza Horizon 4, Rainbow Six Siege), my GPU usage is consistently 80% and CPU 80%, yet I rarely encounter frame drops. I'm frustrated because I enjoy playing Fortnite, Battlefield 4, 5, and even League of Legends sometimes, but these frame drops make it hard for me. I hope someone can assist me.

I've noticed some odd frame rates lately, maybe related to the game itself. My setup is 2700x and 2080, but I'm not sure why Fortnite runs smoothly at lower settings. Your configuration should handle higher settings easily.

Sure, I can handle it at high quality and it feels unusual since most of the frames are nearly identical at lower levels.
