Hello everyone, sorry if I’m not familiar with the forum rules. I didn’t realize I was posting in a category I shouldn’t have. It’s my first time, so please be kind. I’ve dealt with similar issues before—like drops in FPS and freezing in games (except a few times). I own a 3060 MSE and a B550 ASUS TUF Gaming with an AMD Ryzen 9 1440H, running an APC 24G2 at 144Hz. Recently, after installing Rainbow Six Siege, I noticed significant improvements when using compressed settings. I’ve adjusted game settings (disabled VSync), kept textures medium or low, and even tried NVIDIA drivers and updates. Changing drivers or reinstalling didn’t help. I’m hoping you can assist me in finding a stable setting without compression. Thank you!

I recently upgraded to a newer laptop with a newer GPU, and I noticed inconsistent frame rates. Over time, I realized it might be related to outdated drivers or simply the age of the hardware. While this isn’t necessarily the cause, newer tech can sometimes experience performance hiccups. It’s possible, but not guaranteed. Also, could you share the full specifications of your system? That would help me better understand the situation.

You're experiencing FPS problems possibly due to how your GPU is set up for the game.
