Hello, here’s what I see: Ryezn 3 2200G 4c/4t 3.5ghz RX 570 with 8GB RAM, 3000MHz, HDV r3.0. You’re experiencing frequent FPS drops and intense stutters in games like Fortnite, PUBG, and Valorant. Could the 4/4 CPU be struggling already? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What speed are you using right now? It might be due to the CPU not supplying enough power to the GPU. Your RAM could also be struggling to keep up with the CPU. If you're using a traditional HDD instead of an SSD, it might be feeding your RAM too slowly. It's time to investigate and find the main issue! Are there patterns when the drops occur? For example, many things happening on the screen at once or loading issues in certain areas?

While moving the mouse, I feel like I'm turning right in the game, but it slows down to about half a second or less. In Fortnite, my average frame rate was around 180 FPS, which is decent. Sometimes the game stutters with just a tiny delay of around 0.1 seconds. I only have one SSD drive.

You seem to be relying on integrated graphics from the 2200G, but with consistent FPS up to 180, it might be driver-related. Make sure your RAM is functioning properly and run the monitor software to assess GPU or CPU performance. Tools like MSI Afterburner or Rivatuner can help, and it’s likely the hardware isn’t damaged.

I configured my RAM to 2933 MB, which is the upper limit for 2200 GB. I'm using Rivatuner and Afterburner, and I've capped my FPS at 160. What do you think about hardware damage? Could something have gone wrong? My system is running smoothly, but only the larger games are causing issues.

It seems 4c/4t on PUBG is a rough experience. Sure, PUBG isn't optimized well, so I'd expect some frustration with your setup. Regarding Fortnite, I was a bit taken aback by the problems I encountered—I had assumed it was pretty well optimized.

Fps often experiences minor stutters and drops, though they aren't typically that severe

The issue arises because something is not functioning as intended.

Install the MSI afterburner, configure an overlay for FPS CPU usage across all cores, set GPU usage and RAM monitoring. Observe performance during stutters. The problem seems tied to CPU limitations—Fortnite is designed for lower-end setups, so your hardware likely won’t handle it well. This could explain the frustration; more details would help pinpoint the exact issue.
