I'm not sure if the issue started after updating Windows or the newest Fortnite update, but the game is now unplayable. I experience intense stuttering, and my FPS drops drastically—from around 140 to just 10-20 every second. I play on Epic settings with DLSS, usually getting stable 120-140 FPS at 1440p. Other games like D2R, WoW, and AoE2 work perfectly without any problems. I've updated my graphics drivers and used GeForce Experience settings, but it didn't help. Here are my PC details: Intel i5-12400F CPU, ASUS Prime B660 motherboard, ASUS 3060 Ti Dual OC Graphics Card, Corsair 32 GB (2x16) Vengeance 3200 MHz RAM, Corsair RM650X, Samsung 980 SSD with ample space.

If Fortnite is the only concern, the newest patch may be leading to disruptions. Players can anticipate either Epic implementing a fix or NVIDIA providing an updated driver version to resolve the matter. It seems the problem isn't with the device hardware, so you might need to switch to another game temporarily until the developers address the issue.
