Sure, I can try to clarify what's happening. You're using two monitors—one at 1440p for gaming and another at 1080p. When you run Valorant in fullscreen windowed mode on any resolution other than 1440p, the main monitor stretches onto the second one. This only occurs with lower resolutions. Both monitors are connected to your GTX 1080 Ti. The gaming monitor uses DP, while the second uses a standard HDMI cable. Let me know if you need more details.

It seems your primary display is set to 1920x1080. If you're aiming for a lower resolution in borderless windowed mode, make sure your monitor's output matches that setting.

You're correct. It's running at 1080p in NVIDIA settings. Remember, the native resolution for this monitor is 1440p. Lowering it to 1080p should allow you to play the game in full-screen windowed mode at 1080p, shouldn't it?

It appears the system intends to operate in windowed mode using its original display settings. If your screen is configured for 1080p, the highest resolution it can render without distortion will be... 1080p.

Certainly, by adjusting the native resolution from 1440 to 1080, you can launch the game in full-screen windowed mode at 1080p with the game settings enabled.
