Ensure your frame rate is configured at 60fps and adjust the export settings to maintain that speed.

Assume the concern applies only when the final file isn't in Premiere Pro during editing. Try recording with a different codec or encode Lagarith footage to H264 via tools like Handbrake: https://handbrake.fr/. This might not fix the problem but can help identify if the issue lies with the Lagarith format. Verify whether the video maintains a steady frame rate—compare constant vs variable rates. Any additional details about your Premiere Pro export settings would be useful. Are you using Adobe Media Encoder?

I just tried it again using Fraps. After reviewing everything once more and reaching the exported file, things turned out as expected on the box. It delivered smooth 60 fps video playback. It seems the Lagarith codec was responsible for this performance. For codec changes or upgrades, there are no specific recommendations here. Your export settings were: 1920x1080, 60fps, Progressive VBR, 2 passes, Target 15 Mbps, Max 15 Mbps AAC, 128 kbps, 48 kHz, Stereo.

The only advice I can offer is to try recording in another codec. I haven’t used DXTory, but it supports various formats and codecs. Experiment to find what meets your quality needs. This resource might assist with codec selection: http://ericolon.wordpress.com/2013/03/10...one-guide/ Good luck!
