Also a quick question, maybe a stupid one but, so I recently bought this laptop as new from a retailer, around 800 euros. After this issue, I’m thinking about returning it. Locally I can’t find a better laptop at this price. Should I go for a second-hand one, like the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro? It has a 6800h, 3070, 2k display. The problem is it’s used and heavier, but I was hoping for something decent that’s still thin and easy to handle. What should I do? Or maybe I should wait just in case they fix it, which feels a bit odd.
I would reach out to their support team to get their response. Check their website and check the bottom row for a contact us option similar to the one shown. Since I don’t purchase second-hand items, it’s probably not the right person to ask. I’ll wait and see what they say.
