Hey, I've tested every combination and setting you mentioned—RT off, DLSS enabled, all modes, even lower resolution. Still nothing. I'm stuck at around 37 FPS in crowded scenes while using V's app, especially when I sprint past people. I don't want to upgrade my CPU just yet because a higher one would require more RAM and a CPU upgrade next year. AMD is rolling out new dies and DDR5, but no matter what I try, I'm not getting steady frames. I need around 50-55 FPS at 4K, but I feel like the CPU is limiting everything. My RAM is 16GB with two 8GB modules at 3600MHz CL17. It's really frustrating. Even with a card like 3080, I can't play CP77 smoothly. I tried Hexcode mode too, but couldn't find that specific string in the editor I used. The issue seems to be around the area near the street signs and small shops—still hitting 37 FPS no matter the settings or combinations. Any advice? Did I do something wrong? I was excited about getting a Ryzen and bought this CPU, but I see others with higher clocks getting more frames. It's really disappointing.

Hey, I see you're facing the same issues with your Ryzen 3600 and RTX 3080. The game runs below 60 FPS often, even when graphics settings are set to minimum. It's frustrating, and the update 1.05 hasn't helped much.

It seems to be doing nothing much, though I haven't seen any graphics yet. That's a shame. The issue here is probably with the Ryzen lineup. AMD has been facing these kinds of problems before, and it looks like they're catching up in games now. This is my first time using an AMD build. I'm not sure if I'll stick around once Intel rolls out its PCIe 4 and DDR5. I don't plan to upgrade to the 5600X or any non-X variant, since those might become outdated eventually. AMD seems to be pushing Ryzen 5000+MBO 500 series with their GPUs, while other manufacturers claim SMT works on older Ryzen chips. There are also high prices on the 6000-series cards. Many argue that even NVIDIA graphics are being overpriced, but if a $700 card drops to $1000-1300, what about the $800 model? The 6800Xt reference is gone, and everyone’s talking about a $150 markup minimum. I’m new to PC building—I used an Intel machine with a 950GB drive back then and went through PCMR before deciding to build my own. I was happy with the 1080Ti before Jensen and CDPR showed up, and "RT on" really stood out. Just realizing my 3080 setup can’t maintain 50FPS at 4K feels discouraging. My endless questions are about whether CPU performance matters much at higher resolutions. Most tech YouTubers agree—higher resolution doesn’t mean a CPU bottleneck. 4K is the highest resolution, right? It’s really frustrating. I only have ten more days before my college starts, and I can’t afford to waste time on this game anymore.
