I checked many forums and ran a search, but no one else seemed to have the same problem. I tried some solutions they suggested, yet the issue persisted. My PC was built around the time COD MW2 launched, and it kept crashing. It looked like many users faced the same trouble. Recently, I experienced crashes in Spider-Man games during missions or when loading, sometimes accompanied by blue screens. I didn’t capture the error code, but someone might have useful info. My system specs are: Intel i5 13600k, ROG Z-790, RTX 3080, Corsair Vengeance RAM, 64GB, Seagate 850 gold, power supply.
Suggest starting with a DDU driver removal, followed by reinstallation and testing via the provided link. Begin Windows in Safe Mode by opening the Start Menu, selecting the power icon, holding Shift while pressing it, then clicking Restart. You’ll see a blue screen with several options. Choose Troubleshoot, Advanced Options, Startup Settings, and click Restart. After rebooting into Safe Mode, run DDU and select Clean and Restart. Once Windows boots normally, install the driver.
