I want to share my situation regarding the Corsair DRAM Lifetime Warranty and ask others for their thoughts. It seems Corsair doesn’t fully honor its own lifetime warranty or certain requirements, which isn’t up to the expected standard. Immediately after my one-year warranty ended, two of my eight memory modules failed. I own a 4x32GB kit (8x16GB = 128GB) with Vengeance 2400MHz in quad channel. Because all DRAMs come with lifetime coverage, I filed an RMA and followed the process. Corsair approved my request and provided a return shipping label. They asked me to return every module, even those that weren’t defective. I carefully packed everything into a waterproof box, sealed it, and sent it as a registered package with tracking. After a few days, they received my package from the Netherlands and after 24 hours informed me of a faster-than-expected delivery. However, upon opening, only two 16GB modules were inside—just one 32GB kit. Since my RMA was still open, I updated it with details about the missing parts, attached the shipping receipt and a photo. This clearly demonstrated a mistake from Corsair, as they failed to send all the modules. Over a month has passed, and they haven’t made any real progress on my case, which is quite concerning. Do you have similar experiences with Corsair RMA? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Corsair's return policy has consistently worked well for me. I've placed two RMA requests for an H100i and never faced any problems with the procedure. The best approach seems to be staying in touch with Corsair until they provide a satisfactory reply. It’s possible there’s a Corsair affiliate on the forum, but I doubt they’d support Corsair Netherlands or EU matters.

North America provides Customer Support, while EU issues are managed by NA. Their site displays only NA contact details. The Lifetime Waranty reference is attached with a screenshot. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articl...53cfb4bebd

Jonny GURU also helps at Corsair, though it's unclear how much support he can provide given his US location.

They also offer a Dutch contact, including an address and phone, for the same organization.

It's not surprising they weren't delivering what you expected—they just returned the incorrect kit. The issue isn't with the warranty, it's about the wrong item sent by their RMA team. I’d keep reaching out to someone who’s actually available for help. Over the past few months, many RMA departments have been shut down because of the pandemic, so Corsair might be among them. It feels like a really bad time to seek support from any company these days.

This location is the same one where they requested the RMA package (they also confirmed receipt). They're using this address for EU customers, though North America handles customer service.

I've contacted support multiple times and submitted several updates on my RMA ticket. The case remains unresolved with no response at all. Each interaction with a representative leads them to escalate the issue to a supervisor, though this hasn't resolved anything. It seems they aren't taking adequate steps to correct the error, which is very frustrating.
