It’s happened again recently, and it stopped showing any of my fans for me. Even after several reinstalls, it didn’t work. Eventually, I removed it completely and switched to a fan controller. My computer now starts faster and I can manage all my fans easily. I really dislike Corsair Link—it feels like they’ve stopped supporting it and won’t update anymore. I’m sorry I bought the H100i; I wish I had gone with the H220 instead.

It's just a link issue; some users managed to fix it by reinstalling. If you leave it alone, you might notice it works occasionally. I contacted Corsair and they suggested returning the item for replacement. It seems the problem is related to Link and Windows 8 specifically. I configured a fan profile in my BIOS, and both front and top intake fans adjust between 50-100% at temperatures of 45-65°C. This prevents negative pressure. The advantage of BIOS fan control is that you can run Hackintosh or Linux alongside Windows without worrying about starting programs or adjusting settings when your CPU gets hot.

Absolutely, I'm here to help. You're dealing with an LED on your H100i that's stuck in a strange orange-to-off transition. Let's troubleshoot together.

If you experiment with connecting and disconnecting and stopping then restarting the program, it should work eventually. Whenever I need to adjust the light on my device, I have to do that.

I only used the Corsair link to adjust my LED, and now it's just blue. If you've tried all your options, consider checking a fan controller.
