I have a Gigabyte Z690 Aero with a 12700K processor (not overclocked, but kept at lower voltages) and a Corsair RM750x (white). This issue occurs consistently across all platforms—Windows, Mac OS (Hackintosh), and even the BIOS. In the BIOS, the mouse jumps forward without pause immediately after booting. On Mac OS, the stuttering is less frequent initially but lasts only about a quarter of a second. Over time, the delay grows and becomes longer with extended usage. I've tried various fixes: removed all USB devices except the mouse, disconnected the SSD and NVME drives, took out the GPU, unplugged the Intel Wifi/Bluetooth AX210 card, reset the F_U32 header connecting to the case, updated BIOS from f23 to f25 to f29 (latest version). The problem persists even after these changes. I've also booted into BIOS after removing nearly everything possible—including all storage drives, the GPU, the wireless card, and the F_U32 header—and still faced the same issue. This also affects audio: when music plays through my JBL USB speakers, the sound cuts out for the same duration as the mouse skips on the screen. This pattern continues even after a few days. A short video of the problem is attached.
