It seems like the issue is persistent despite trying various fixes. The games launch but freeze, displaying a black screen with "No Signal." Control shortcuts don’t respond either. Interestingly, older titles like CoD: Black Ops, MW Remastered and WWII work while newer ones don’t. I’ve reinstalled DX9 multiple times using the redist package, adjusted compatibility settings, run as administrator, changed GPU configurations, and even disabled another GPU. Still no improvement. I’m using Windows 10 Pro with the latest updates, a GTX 1080, an i7-6800K processor, and an ASUS X-99A II motherboard. What could be going on?

Consider reverting to the graphics driver from 2010 or 11 if you want to play those games. I experienced similar issues when using newer drivers, which caused black screen flickering during gameplay.

Thanks for the guidance. I managed to fix it using an old 780 Ti I had stored away plus another monitor. Running the games on it was successful. I tweaked the settings and resolutions, and now everything runs smoothly at 1080p. I also tried a 1080 Ti version and it worked fine. SLI seems unlikely to work. I'm testing it on an R9 1950X with 4100MHz and Vega 64—hope it functions there too.
