So even after multiple attempts to reinstall Windows 11 and reverting to Windows 10 via USB boot, the problem persists. The BSOD frequently displays IRLQL_NOT_LESS_NOT_EQUAL or memory violation access requests. Despite running memtest without errors, my manufacturer replaced the RAM, CPU, and GPU, making it hard to confirm a hardware fault. The BSOD occurs roughly every 1–3 hours; it freezes, cuts off suddenly, and ends with a black screen followed by a reboot. I can only see the stop code using BluescreenViewer, though. I notice some artifacts only appear when watching YouTube in any browser, even though they happen briefly and rarely. My system details are: CPU – Ryzen 5 3600, GPU – GTX 1650, RAM – 16GB (green stick), Storage – 512 GB SSD (also replaced by the manufacturer), Motherboard – Gigabyte B450M K (F3b). Sometimes the error is described as a kernel-related issue. How can we post the DMP file? It won’t let me include it in the post...?

this test
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answer...oskrnl-exe
then for the kernel
https://www.google.ca/search?q=kern...IC...nt=gws-wiz
indicates whether it displays a code.

I basically handled everything, but the SFC scan reported corrupted files. It didn’t fix them, and I couldn’t resolve it near the CBF off log file area. Windows updates kept failing to install, even though my PC is decent and I have a good fiber connection.

I ran a clean boot and encountered a BSOD with the stop code "driver_unloaded_without_cancelling pending operations." The element failed was "rtwlanu.sys" (also why sending images isn’t working).

After some research, it looks like this is usually due to a common network driver issue—Realtek. I fixed it and will wait to see if it resolves the problem.

it seems nothing has been resolved yet, with new elements like amdppm.sys and cng.sys causing issues, plus ntoskrnl.exe still acting up. (yay for those random tutorials that don’t actually help)

the driver network might have triggered the crash, linked to the dongle usb wifi causing the problem
this could have been the reason
