I'm trying to figure out if my wireless card is the issue. My earbuds connect well with my phone and smartwatch, but not with my laptop. The problem persists on both Ubuntu 19.10 and Windows 10. I've checked the antenna connections and they seem fine, but sometimes the earbuds time out when using journalctl --unit=bluetooth in Linux. I'm new to Linux and found a command via Google to help.

It seems to be an Intel 9560 wireless AC card, priced at just $11 on Amazon.
