I recently purchased a Wi-Fi card with Bluetooth, and it functions properly on Wi-Fi but not on Bluetooth. I've tested various USB ports on my motherboard without resolving the problem. Even after updating and reinstalling the drivers, the issue persists. My card is an Asus PCE-AX3000. Can you assist in finding a solution?
The card shows a USB header, but the guide doesn’t mention an internal USB cable.
