Hi, I’ve been assisting my son with assembling his first PC. He used a Dell OptiPlex 7020, an Intel i5-4950 processor, 16GB RAM, an AMD R9 290X graphics card, and a Corsair CX750M power supply. The PSU is functioning properly, but the graphics card keeps crashing randomly, displaying a black screen. After updating the BIOS and installing the latest drivers, the issue started after the card was first installed—initially it worked for about two hours before the PC shut down permanently.
