You installed BF4 and opened it, then went to BattleLog. It asked you to download a plugin, but the download stopped before it finished.

I experienced the same problem too—I don’t recall the fix, it seemed to happen unexpectedly. Just to be sure, it works in IE now.

You should enable the plugin in your browser. It didn’t have to be done this way, but my friends did.

The game works properly; the problem lies with the plugin. Close out Battle Log, re-enter, and redownload it—maybe try a few times.

It's consistently reliable for me. Origin indeed includes the properly labeled "Repair Function."
