CPU usage on the machine is poor. Your gaming performance depends heavily on the server you connect to.

AMD processors struggle with Arma 3 performance. At high settings I maintain around 30fps, but that drops quickly on servers with low frame rates. You don’t need to chase higher FPS since most servers have limited performance.

It's your FX processor, which can cause issues in certain games. ARMA is one such problem. To boost performance without extra costs, consider overclocking.

I run a 3570k @ 4.6ghz and achieve around 85fps on su Matra servers. My friend uses a stock 8350 and gets about 50 frames when conditions are stable. From this, it seems stronger single-core speed is important for higher frame rates in Arma 3. (He uses a GTX 770 with a 1080p display, while I have a GTX 780 plus a 1440p screen.)

I adjusted the clock speed to my previous OC setting (4.8Ghz, 1.4V). I'll test it now.
