Attempted to turn on XMP, saved changes, left, but system freezes now. Issue resolved? Your specs are: i5 9600K, 2GB RAM, Z390 UHD, RTX 2070, 16GB Crucial RAM at 3000MHz.

Reset CMOS, then power on via BIOS. Adjust DRAM settings to 1.35. If unsuccessful, update the BIOS and configure VCCSA to 1.1.

Reset your CMOS and start from Windows without altering the BIOS settings. If it loads properly, turn on XMP. Adjusting the DRAM voltage to 1.45 should work well with DDR4.
