I'm facing issues with network drivers on my Win7 system. The USB is receiving power, but the drives only work on other computers.

I encountered the problem. Review disk management to confirm detection. Also attempt a fresh format. It might also require installing USB drivers; if not, the drive could be faulty.

Do you have USB 3.0 ports available and the corresponding drivers set up?

Windows 7 lacks built-in USB 3.0 functionality, but you can add USB 3 drivers for compatibility.
