Issues with 4 DDR5 sticks causing crashes and BSOs on your system.
I've just assembled a new gaming PC with the parts you mentioned. The specs are listed below. When I attempt to use four RAM sticks, I encounter BSOD and Kernel-Security-check errors. All four sticks appear functional. Running with two sticks works smoothly, and Windows memory diagnostics show no issues. With a fresh Windows 11 install and all four sticks, the process seems stable until I download Gigabyte Center and its drivers. It's unclear if waiting before downloading helps. Would you like guidance on enabling all four RAM modules?
They say four sticks in DDR5 aren’t very reliable because it puts a lot of strain on the memory controller. This probably explains why two sticks are enough and not four. You might want to return them and use just two sticks of your preferred size, replacing the other two with “placeholder” sticks if you need RGB options.
It looks like you're frustrated about spending $7k and not getting the results you wanted.
You might consider testing every stick individually without reaching 7800 MHz until you decide which one works best!
