I just upgraded from iCUE v5.5.134 to v5.6.93 and can't see GPU temperatures anymore when adjusting fan speeds. Still able to check CPU temps, memory usage, and chipset temps. I'm not sure if others are having the same issue. This problem didn’t occur in version 5.5.134 either, and my PC recently had a chassis change.
