issues persist following a CPU replacement
About two months ago I purchased my PC using a used CPU and assembled it. Everything worked fine until games would crash, displaying strange artifacts or behaving erratically. Occasionally it would power off and restart. I tried updating drivers, changing the BIOS, resetting the CPU, testing RAM, and even used DDU. Whenever I asked for assistance, people suggested returning the CPU after a month of waiting—it came back in. I also used a used SSD. My system specs were: CPU – Ryzen 5600G (twice), RAM – Corsair Vengeance LPC CL18 at 3600MHz, Motherboard – MSI B550 PRO (still quite limited), SSD – WD SN570. I was using integrated graphics because GPU prices were low at the time. This time I bought a new CPU, but the PC still didn’t work properly—bad performance, frequent crashes.
Experience a memory problem. Try reducing the settings again to check if it resolves the issue.
I'm not sure if reducing the RAM speed has taken effect yet, but I notice it seems to happen from 0 to 40 minutes.
