Your computer occasionally shuts down during intense games like Ark or Hogwarts Legacy, while Minecraft runs smoothly. When it does black out, the fans spin very hard but you can still chat on Discord. Your setup includes a Ryzen 5 7600, RTX 3080, 32GB DDR5 RAM, and a 1TB SSD with ThermalShield protection.

May arise issues with thermals, lack of power from the PSU or faulty video drivers. You can track thermals using HWinfo64 or a similar tool. The PSU presents its own challenges, but give it a shot with HWinfo64 as well. Regarding drivers, you may use DDU (display driver uninstaller) and reinstall afterward. Have you reviewed the Windows Event Viewer? Good luck!

It's unusual you can communicate with others right now. Have you looked in Event Viewer for any driver crashes? Which power supply unit are you using?
