G-sync usually doesn’t create this problem unless you’re pushing it to sync at 60 fps and seeing noticeable frame drops. I’ve used G-sync/freesync since 2014, always keeping V-sync turned off in the Nvidia Control Panel. Over time, I’ve seen g-sync and v-sync clash or compete, so I’ve decided against forcing them. I also avoid setting strict framerate limits, particularly in Warframe, because a higher average rate helps smooth out those inevitable dips. At most, I cap the frame at about twice your refresh rate to push the display. Even on a 7950x3D with a 4090, Warframe can still have frame drops, though they’re usually minor. There are fake load screens that bring the frame down to 30 fps, but overall over the past decade I’ve found Warframe to be one of the most optimized games I’ve played. If these adjustments help in Warframe but not in Destiny 2, I’d be surprised—but it could be a limitation in Destiny 2 as well. I haven’t played that title since its initial release, so I can’t offer much advice right now.
so im back. it has not fixed anything, still the same maybe even worse, but for sure the same, i supect the psu for some reason, but not sure how i can find out if it is that, cause everything else seems fine and all the tests i have does says nothing is wrong
