I've been working on this for a while now. Here are the key points you need to know. The build includes an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor, a Gigabyte X670 gaming motherboard, an AMD RX 7900XT graphics card, a 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 RAM (6000MT/s), a Solidigm P44 Pro 2TB NVMe SSD, a Corsair RM1000x power supply, a Fractal Torrent case, and Noctua fans. About a month ago I started having problems—my PC wouldn't boot properly. When I pressed the power button it would turn on, lights would light up, and the display would detect signals, but there was no video output. I also noticed diagnostic LEDs switching between CPU and RAM. I tried reseating the memory, clearing CMOS, entering BIOS, but nothing worked. I contacted Scan in the UK to help narrow down the issue with my motherboard, but they couldn't find a match and returned it with a "No Fault Found" report. They tested it with other parts (7600X, RTX 3090) but didn’t identify the problem. I’ve ordered more memory (a different kit for AMD EXPO, CL30), another 7800X3D, and even a NZXT N7 B650E motherboard. I've tried every possible combination, including a GTX 650 from a friend, but it still doesn't work. I can access the BIOS of both boards but not the boot drive of my main system. I tried connecting the laptop's drive, which worked in Windows, but not with the Solidigm drive. When I try to boot from the drive, it won’t work either. I've also checked for VGA diagnostics—either because no GPU is installed or because the GPU isn't receiving power from the PSU, which is why I changed the power supply. I've gone through several fixes like flashing BIOS updates and changing settings, but nothing has resolved the issue. I still can’t get a stable boot or video output. I’m really looking for help to understand what’s going on with my setup.
