The issue might be with the Unifi USG firewall. Because it's a security barrier, it could be preventing certain activities it shouldn't allow. The odd part is that Android functions (sort of).

I believe I should retrieve my previous Linksys router and test it out.

Connect a client device using Ethernet to your modem, perform a speed test, and verify Netflix availability. Next, confirm where you’re running the UniFi controller—PC or a dedicated network device like RPi or Cloud Key. Ensure the software is current and the latest firmware updates are applied.

My controller operates inside Virtualbox on Ubuntu running on a NUC. It includes a dedicated network interface as well. The Unifi controller runs the latest version, and all devices are updated with the newest firmware. I don’t have a modem since I receive a static IP from my ISP. I suspect this setup doesn’t require interaction with Unifi. There are two separate residences using Unifi, each functioning independently—one works while the other doesn’t. This approach of connecting directly via notebook to test is a good idea. Once you’re ready, let me know the results. Thanks for your responses.
