I only used one stick of RAM and everything functioned perfectly, with no crashes during any game or Cinebench. Switching to the other stick caused an immediate crash, but Memtest86 confirmed both sticks are working fine after a full test. It might be something else affecting detection. Since Windows operates smoothly, there seems to be no major issue. Both RAM sticks are running at their minimum frequency of 2133MHz.
RAM and CPU function together, but if memtest86 confirms stability yet crashes occur with a specific stick, there might be undetected problems. From my experience, Ryzen CPUs can behave similarly. Yesterday I followed your instructions, used two 8gb sticks from a friend, and everything functioned smoothly without any issues. Not only that, I tested my rams on his CPU and the games I mentioned, plus others he plays, all ran perfectly without crashes or strange behavior. We tested both rams on my machine and still had no problems. However, when I reinserted them into my PC, the same issue resurfaced again—something’s definitely wrong. I noticed both rams operate at 1.2V, and they can handle up to 1.35V, but I’m unsure if increasing the voltage helps. At this point, it seems the CPU might be the problem.
