I have recently set up a new PC and am experiencing some irregular issues (these aren't occurring every day).
The initial issue involved memory cards, where I encountered several blue screens (MEMORY MANAGEMENT, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) suggesting memory management problems. Running the Windows memory diagnostic revealed hardware faults. After using only one stick (I originally had two), the diagnostics showed normal results. Once I reinserted both sticks, the problem resolved.
Later, an Ethernet port stopped being recognized by the OS (Windows 10) and there was no indicator on the physical component. After connecting the Ethernet cable multiple times, it finally detected the cable and the port lit up, restoring internet connectivity.
Another concern was with my AMD graphics card, which wasn't being detected and was instead using the built-in motherboard card. After uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, the graphics card was detected again.
Currently, there is a situation where, when I put the PC to sleep and then restart it, it lights up but the Windows sessions fail (black screen).
This may be caused by something. Below is the system information:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7700x
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6650xt PowerColor Hellhound
RAM: 2x16 Kingston Technology FURY Renegade 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6400MHz CL32 (currently running at 4800Mhz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition with LGA1700
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME X670-P AMD X67 AM5
PSU: LC-Power LC6650GP3 V2.3 230V 650 W 80+ Silver Certified ATX Power Supply
BIOS Version: 0809 (outdated)
Thank you.

The initial step is to purchase a genuine power supply unit. This LC power module acts as a barrier, nothing more and nothing less. It's likely contributing to your issues, so attempting to diagnose the problem while using a PSU with such a design is ineffective until you swap it for a superior, safer, and more dependable alternative.
