Ahhhh... so you managed to cheat? Most players see a glitch as cheating. Fair, right? If you were the first to spot it, reported it, and then got a shadow ban, you might feel really upset. But if you weren’t the first to use it and report it (and you definitely weren’t), and you kept exploiting it to win, then you really don’t have anyone to blame but yourself. Accept your consequence. Plus, it’s free—so you’ll probably create another account... but without your operators, skins, unlocks, etc. There’s a lesson there somewhere.
