I don't understand why my PC has been acting up lately. Frame rates are slowing down during games and the startup menu appears unexpectedly. Could it be related to Windows 11 or a virus? Also, there seems to be an issue with the file image at 854718998_2022-11-1711-32-18.mp4.

Generally, visual problems stem from GPU driver issues.
