Execute Windows 10. It's the simplest and most effective choice.

Maybe, but Win9 might have newer drivers that cause problems when installing Win7.

In a dual-boot setup, you'd run Windows 10 for gaming and Windows 7 for the rest of your system

I recommend using Windows 10 exclusively. Consider running Windows 7 only in a virtual machine if necessary, as it lacks modern features, runs slower, and loses software and hardware support rapidly. Additionally, Windows 7 isn’t compatible with your current system.

Windows 9 is an embedded version of Windows, while Windows Embedded 8 offers a different experience. Comparing them depends on your needs.

You're still using Windows 10. Licensing it can be tricky because some versions are modified, making it hard to confirm safety. The system also doesn't support Windows 8.1 on that hardware. Current software updates are limited, especially for graphics drivers.
