Recently I upgraded to a 7800x3d with a new MB and RAM. I quickly realized that the pc wouldn't boot when any EXPO profile was active. It should run at standard speeds of 4800mhz, but it struggles to reach 5600mhz. That's not a major problem, I can still use the system normally, though I've experienced other issues too. My monitors would suddenly go black without warning, affecting both screens at once, and I can't restore video signals until I restart the PC. This hasn't occurred during gaming, but it does happen when the PC is idle or browsing the web. Another problem I've encountered is that while gaming, especially with just one game, I receive only about a third of the framerate I normally get. Normally in Warzone at 1440p, I'm around 200-250 fps, but with this issue I often see only 70 fps. It's not just the lower frame rates—it's also causing significant stuttering. I'm unsure what might be causing these problems; I suspect it could be related to RAM since I already know it won't work with any EXPO profile. It might also be the GPU, or possibly the CPU. I've tried reinstalling the GPU drivers using DDU, but without success. The game was reinstalled, yet the same issues persist. I don’t want to reinstall Windows, but I’ll do so if nothing else helps. Anyone have any insights into what could be wrong?

Upgrade brings to mind a previous system, possibly a clean OS installation.
