I upgraded my PC with a Ryzen 7 7700X and 16GB DDR5 RAM. At first, installing Windows from USB caused issues; I removed some RAM and it worked temporarily, but after installation the other stick failed and the system would crash. BSOD messages appeared, such as memory management errors or pool errors in the file system. Many similar problems were found online, suggesting potential driver, software, or RAM issues. There were also problems with Discord freezing, occasional failure to boot, and the PC not responding until multiple attempts. I’m concerned it might be a RAM issue, so I don’t want to return the product just yet. Now it doesn’t work even with one stick of RAM and I can’t access BIOS. If I swap slots, the A2 or B2 motherboard still reports a DRAM error code. Power is functioning normally, fans spin, but the screen stays dark or boots won’t start.

Updated settings reset to disable docp, entered Windows successfully, no issues encountered so far. Opened a game without problems. Restarted again to attempt accessing BIOS, same behavior when the green light appears (motherboard guide says "BOO")
