Hello all
I'm attempting to overclock my I2500k CPU to about 4.5ghz. I have solid water cooling and everything else in order. I just upgraded the BIOS to version F9 (I'm using a Gigabyte P67A-UD3-B3 motherboard).
However, I encountered some issues. When trying to overclock, I use the multiplier setting and it works up to x40, but then CPU-Z still displays x40 even when I try higher values. For example, if I set the multiplier to 42, CPU-Z shows x40 (ranging from 16 to 42), but it doesn't go beyond x40. Could you help?
