Hi, I'm running the Z4 G4 with an RTX 4070 for both gaming and 3D work. Initially, everything worked fine on Windows 10 Pro. After updating the BIOS to version 2.94 REV A and attempting the latest NVIDIA drivers (GeForce Game Ready 566.36), I encountered a crash that ended with a black screen and a reboot, eventually reaching the Blue Repair settings. I managed to boot into Windows 10 in safe mode several times and tried rolling back the BIOS to 2.91 and the NVidia drivers to an older version that was compatible with my 4070, but without success. I also used DDU and NVCleanstall to perform clean installs each time. Eventually, I returned to the 2.94 BIOS version and after restarting without NVidia drivers (after DDU cleanup), the Windows 11 update loaded, though the Nvidia driver install failed again during the first boot. I switched to network support in Windows 11, but it still crashed to a black screen on each reboot. My PSU is 750W and everything functioned properly before the last driver update. I can boot live Linux without issues, and I tried installing Pop! OS from System76, but NVidia support was limited and the display didn’t work well with proprietary drivers. Could this be related to a graphics card issue that only appears when NVidia drivers are active? Anyone have faced this problem or any suggestions? Note: My English is not native, I just want my issue fully explained.

I performed a new installation of Windows 10 Pro 22H2 on a different SATA SSD. The issue appears immediately after the automatic update of the NVIDIA 566.36 drivers, causing the system to crash to a black screen. The situation is even more severe since I can no longer enter safe mode on this version.!!! UPDATE 2 : The problem was resolved by sending the card to RMA.
