Issues during setup of Windows 10

During the installation setup, I choose the location for Windows 10 and press "New" on the desired disk. This creates both the primary and system partitions, but only the primary one appears. The system doesn’t save the system partition to another drive. The issue is that clicking "New" only generates the primary partition. It’s possible there’s a configuration problem in the BIOS.

Turn off all devices except the one you wish to install the operating system on. That’s the straightforward answer.

The section dedicated to the operating system is stored on the Intel Optane module built into the motherboard

You mean removing the M.2 storage device or turning it off via the system settings.

I haven't found a way to turn off a M.2 drive in Gigabyte's BIOS settings.
