Hey there, I've got a serious issue: I'm using 10Gbit every day and it's essential. Last week my switch stopped delivering the full 10Gbit. Before, it worked perfectly, but now I'm getting only 1Gbit on my PC. Here are my details: CPU - I7-10700F, GPU - RX 6600XT, Mainboard - Asus Prime Z490M-Plus, RAM - Corsair Vengeance 16GB at 3200MHz, Network Adapter - Asus XG-C100C, Switch - Asus XG-U2008. My internet service provider supports 10Gbit and my modem does too. If I plug the cable straight from the modem to the PC, it works fine. But if I route it through the switch's 10Gbit port and then connect another cable to the other 10Gbit port, I only get 1Gbit. The switch's port lights change color – blue means full speed, white means limited to 1Gbit. Everything else seems correct: cables are compatible, drivers are updated, and I haven't changed any network settings. Sorry for the confusing English, I'm from Switzerland. Thanks! Artyimeus

It seems only ports 9 and 10 provide 10 GB speeds; the others are limited to 1 GB. Are your cables connected correctly? Also, confirm the color of the light—white indicates 1 GB, blue means 10 GB. XG-U2008|Wired Networking|ASUS Global

The final two ports are 10Gbps and both are linked there. Cables are inserted correctly. The 10Gbps port, which connects to my modem, appears blue, while the port linked to my PC shows white indicating 1Gbps.
