Collected all components and noticed the RAM wouldn't boot properly even after reseating or clearing CMOS. Now it recognizes the system but keeps triggering VGE and boot errors. I'm unsure which parts are faulty or if a BIOS update is needed—should I consider an RMA? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Testing with a single stick of RAM. Are these issues happening randomly or consistently?

They switch around a bit. Initially, the RAM error appears, then it disappears after a couple of seconds and other issues follow. Note: Only one stick of RAM works.

It's a silly question, but have you given it a try waiting a few minutes after the VGA/boot lights appear? Sometimes the motherboard needs a minute or two to boot up, particularly during the first start. Also, confirm both 8-pin CPU connectors are connected and that the GPU is linked to a monitor (set to the right input) so you can check if it starts up.
