Beta indicates something hasn't been thoroughly tested—just try it on your own. I think it’s even more probable this will resolve your issues.

It seems the issue isn't related to the BIOS. You might have added AMD chipset drivers, as Windows updates can sometimes provide suboptimal drivers. After upgrading your CPU, did you reinstall Windows?
