Hello all! I am posting this on behalf of my GF. She has had this computer for almost a year. Recently, it has been having some odd visual glitches. Sometimes it wont glitch at all, and sometimes it will. It USUALLY starts doing it roughly 30 mins after a boot. It almost always does it after waking from a "sleep". I will try to describe it as i dont have any pics/vids of it. I will get some and upload them here next time it bugs out. When it happens, the desktop picture will either: 1. go 100% black. 2. It wont go black, but if you hold left click to select an area, like for apps etc, the inside of whatever you selected will turn black. 3. Apps will "turn ghost". Sometimes the computer will freeze where you can move the mouse but cannot click anything. When it freezes you have to hold the power button to shut it down, which we don't like to do for obvious reasons. Upon reboot, it will be fine until it happens again. She is also running 2 monitors, and it will happen to both monitors when it bugs out. I have attached a pic of the system information. Things we have tried: 1. I have personally updated all drivers. Through both the AMD app for AMD drivers and through device manager. 2. We updated the bios to the latest version. Which made it less frequent but still hasnt fixed it 100%. 3. Checked the dumb things, such as: Loose HDMI/display port cables. loose cables inside the case, etc, etc. 4. Updating windows. It is on the latest build of win 11. (10.0.22631) 5. Ran CCleaner multiple times to fix any registry issues that are there. This is the PC she has: https://www.microcenter.com/product/6433...-gaming-pc Only thing changed from the specs is she added an additional 2TB SSD and installed an additional fan on the rear of the case. PS: Happy thanksgiving!!

You can monitor the PSU's health by checking for voltage drops, unusual temperatures, or irregular power delivery using a multimeter or monitoring software.

Additionally, I captured two images showing one of the methods it uses to reset. As shown in the first image, the background is set to black by default. The second image, taken after a restart, appears corrected. Interestingly, this occurred when a new monitor was installed and display settings were adjusted. Ignore the Xbox being used as a prop—it doesn’t get used, and the lamp is just temporary... lol.

I plan to reinstall the drivers. Won't be able to test the PSU with another PC since the only other machine is a laptop. I also have another video showing one of the visual issues it exhibits. I'm currently at work and won't have access to the computer, but I'll check it later and share the findings here.

I restored the driver again. The machine entered sleep mode twice and there were no problems so far, it seems to have resolved the issue. Appreciate it! If any problems return, I’ll share another thread about it.
