I've upgraded my ASUS UX363JA laptop with a new Windows 11 installation. The mouse often lags or stutters when using the desktop or system tools like Device Manager, but works smoothly in browsers such as Chrome or other non-base OS apps. Windows 10 also had this problem. I've searched online for solutions, but haven't found a fix that helps many users with similar issues on different machines.
